About Hals Metal Recycling

Hals Metal Recycling A/S was founded in 1988. In 2021, recovery specialist Rimeco A/S acquired the company.

Hals Metal Recycling processes cable waste and complex metal fractions. We recover and melt down lead, process and dispose of refrigerating compressors and dismantle and process transformers from the energy sector.

Today, Hals Metal Recycling operates two state-of-the-art furnaces, in which we heat and process complex metal fractions, plus a modern shredder. We transfer surplus heat from our furnaces to local district heating companies.

In 2022, our outdoor facilities and production line will be modernised and refurbished to meet increasing demand for sustainable recovery.

Hals Metal Recycling has about ten employees.
